Every day we look at where members are and pair two countries with enough people on both sides.
- Evening for both
Nights start in the evening in both countries (on weekends, one side may join in the afternoon). You see the time in your own time zone.

Half the seats go to each country, and on each side they're shared evenly between women and men.
- Host is a bot
The FarFlirt host welcomes everyone and asks a new question every few minutes. It's a bot, and it says so.

What is FarFlirt?
- FarFlirt is a free dating app for adults who want to meet someone from another country. Every evening at 21:00 your time it introduces you to up to three people from abroad. You can also browse and like people, chat with built-in translation, and join live group chats between two countries.
Is FarFlirt free?
- Yes, completely. There are no subscriptions, no paid boosts, no paying per message and no ads inside the app. Every feature is free for every member.
How does matching work?
- Every night at 21:00 your time, FarFlirt picks up to three people from other countries who fit what you're looking for: who you want to meet, your age range, shared languages, travel plans and a short vibe quiz. A match is mutual, so they see you too, and you both have 24 hours to say hello. You can also browse people, and a chat opens when a like is mutual.
Which countries is FarFlirt in?
- FarFlirt launches in Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia. You're matched with people from other countries by default.
Can I also meet people from my own country?
- Yes, if you want to. Switch on "People from my country" in your settings. Two people from the same country only see each other when both have it on.
Do we need to speak the same language?
- No. Chats can translate any message into your language, so you can start talking without a shared language. Each country page also shows how to say hello in the other language.
Is FarFlirt safe?
- Members can get a Verified badge by sending a selfie that copies a random pose, which a person on the FarFlirt team checks against their photos. Chats warn you when money or moving to another app comes up early, you can block and report anyone, and suspended accounts disappear for everyone. Profiles are never public or shown in search engines.
Do I need to download an app?
- No. FarFlirt works in your phone's browser at farflirt.com, and you can add it to your home screen to use it like an app on iPhone and Android.
What are Country Nights?
- Country Nights are live, one-hour group chats between two countries, planned from where members are, at an hour that's evening in both. A host bot asks questions, and if you like someone in the room and they like you back, you get your own chat.
Why is there sometimes a waitlist?
- To keep things fair, if one side (men looking for women, or women looking for men) gets more than three active members for each person on the other side, newcomers on that side join a short waitlist. A new group is let in every week, and verifying your photo, finishing your profile and inviting friends move you up.

- The doors open for everyone on Sunday 11 October 2026 at 21:00 Paris time. You can sign up and build your profile now, and the first 500 members in each country get a Founding member badge.
